Paul joined PBA in 1988, and heads the South West teams on major appointments for land development and infrastructure projects.
Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the planning, design, management and supervision of regeneration, land development, civil engineering, infrastructure, maritime and river engineering projects in both the public and private sectors.
He has particular expertise in flood risk and water management, and has worked extensively with the Environment Agency on flood defence schemes across the region. Paul has also overseen engineering appraisals and technical assessments for large-scale mixed-use projects, including Filton Airfield and Weston Airfield.
Paul has regularly prepared technical advice and expert witness reports to clients and contractors on concrete characteristics and defects.
He is one of PBA’s Supervising Civil Engineers (SCE,) assisting graduates to progress towards Chartered status.
