Natalie Maletras joined the PBA in 2015 and has over 16 years experience of working in the waste and resource management industry including working in local government, private waste management companies, and consultancy. As a Chartered Waste Manager, she has technical expertise across a range of areas including waste & minerals planning, resource efficiency, waste management, options appraisal and infrastructure planning & implementation. Natalie leads PBA’s waste practice and provides both strategic and project specific advice to clients on issues relating to waste management, waste planning and waste management infrastructure. Natalie has UK and international project experience for both private and public sector clients.
Natalie has worked projects from the early stages of feasibility, outline solutions, through to procurement, planning, permitting and drafting of delivery Method Statements. Natalie has been successful in leading waste infrastructure projects through both the Development Consent Order process and Town and Country planning route. Projects have included large and small scale waste to energy plant, anaerobic digestion, material recycling facilities, waste transfer and household waste recycling centres.
