James Morgan is a Director at Peter Brett Associates and works with the other owners of the business to define business development strategy and to deliver against key priorities. He is responsible for leading and co-ordinating business development across the Practice and as such is well informed about who the Practice is talking to and any opportunities that may be coming up.
James has been a business development professional for over fifteen years, starting his career at the Coal Research Establishment before moving to AEA Technology and then Hyder Consulting. James has been with PBA for six years.
He specialises in understanding business drivers, in listening to requirements and in forming teams of individuals who will successfully realise objectives. He is passionate about identifying and bringing opportunities to PBA’s clients and in forging strategic alliances with like-minded people and companies to deliver genuine business, social and environmental value.
