PBA ranked among leading firms in the transport industry

UK – PBA, now part of Stantec, has once again been ranked within the top companies in the transportation and infrastructure industry for 2019.

The Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT) has released its 2019 edition of the Transportation Consultants Directory. Opening the Directory, CIHT President, Matthew Lugg OBE, stressed the importance of investing in transport links to improve communications and unlock economic growth during in this time of uncertainty surrounding Brexit.

The guide presents the results of a survey of 92 top consultants operating in the transportation and infrastructure industry taken by Transportation Professional between January and April 2019.

Of the firms surveyed, PBA was ranked an impressive 8th place for transport planning and moved up to 12th place for transportation turnover.

Additionally, PBA was ranked 17th for road schemes and moved up an impressive five places to 24th for the top companies in rail. PBA also moved up two places to be ranked 7th for top companies in urban transport, moved up to 7th place for top companies in local transport, and remains in the top 20 for companies in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
