UK – PBA, now part of Stantec, is pleased to welcome three new Directors, Simon Randall, Graeme Bruce and Matthew Ingrey.
Simon Randall has been appointed Director of Environmental Services. Simon joins PBA from AECOM, where he was Director of Clients and Growth for the UK & Ireland region. At AECOM, Simon’s responsibilities included developing UK&I-wide market sector strategies, leading the ExxonMobil key account, and providing executive leadership to several major land development and energy pursuits. His early career was spent with Thames Water after which he joined Hyder Consulting to win water industry ‘AMP5’ frameworks with clients across the UK. He was appointed as Global Leader, Environmental Planning for Arcadis after they acquired Hyder Consulting.
Graeme Bruce joins PBA as Director of M&E to continue the growth of the Buildings team in Scotland. He will work closely with the existing M&E and Structures teams in Scotland and other regions to promote our successful multidisciplinary services and integrated engineering offering. Graeme previously led the M&E capability for WSP for many years, and is excited about the fresh approach and capability of PBA and the value and innovation the team can bring to the Scottish market.
Matthew Ingrey joins the Cambridge office as Director of Transport. Matt has joined PBA following 13 years at WSP in their Development Planning team where he led the team responsible for preparing Transport Assessments and Travel Plans for various development proposals. As well as locally significant projects, Matt has also worked on national infrastructure schemes such as HS2.
PBA Managing Director, Paul Reilly, commented:
“I’m delighted to welcome Simon, Graeme and Matt to PBA. Between them, they have a wealth of experience that will complement and strengthen our teams. They will bring invaluable insight to PBA as we progress our combined business with Stantec, build on our existing sector strategies and fulfil our ambitions for growth. “
PBA also recently announced the promotion of four Associates to Director level to further strengthen our regional teams.
