North – PBA, now part of Stantec, is pleased to welcome Harriet Chapman as Director of Transport for the North.
Harriet joins PBA from AECOM where she held a national Transport role. After beginning her career as a consultant with Steer Davies Gleave, Harriet went on to gain considerable experience of Land Development Planning and Masterplanning, particularly in terms of Transport and movement.
Harriet has a wide range of project experience across education, residential, retail, commercial, leisure and mixed use sectors and has extensive experience within the distribution and logistics sector, having conducted multiple due diligence assessments in highways and transport for UK and European sites.
Commenting on her new appointment, Harriet said:
