UK – PBA, now part of Stantec, has announced the appointment of four new Directors across a range of disciplines and regions.
Cathy Hall has been appointed to Director, Strategic Planning, in the London Planning & Economics team. Cathy joined PBA in 2015 and has over 12 years’ experience in planning and property consultancy. Her experience combines both development management and plan making work and she has extensive retail and town centre planning experience. She retains a commercial and delivery-focused approach to her work across a range of strategic planning matters and for a range of clients up and down the country.
Dan Griffiths has been named Director, Transport, and is based in the Birmingham office. After joining PBA as a graduate in 2005, Dan built a range of multidisciplinary skills and experience before specialising in Transport. He has great experience of major land development schemes including Paradise, Birmingham; Great Haddon, Peterborough; Blythe Valley Park, Solihull; Wintringham, Huntingdonshire; and Barwell, Leicestershire.
Simon Earl has been named Director, Civil Engineering in the Reading Civils team. Simon has been with PBA since 1994 and has a variety of engineering design experience with private sector and local authority clients. His project experience encompasses regionally significant projects such as Reading Station, South MRT in Reading, Mereoak Lane Park and Ride, Arborfield Cross Relief Road, Seven Dials in Brighton, and The Royal Parks highways framework. Simon is also a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), and leads PBA’s regional liaison with the ICE.
Stefan Boss has been appointed to Director, Environmental Planning, in Bristol’s Environment, Energy and Infrastructure team. Stefan joined PBA in 2006 and has been providing environmental planning advice to support the delivery of major development and infrastructure projects for over 15 years. His project experience includes key regeneration projects, including landmark schemes in Swindon, Swansea, and London, housing, employment, energy, and rail and road infrastructure schemes.
