Phil Brady

Phil joined PBA in 1987 and became an Equity Director in 2016. Since joining the Practice, Phil has led on multiple public sector frameworks for Brighton and Hove City Council, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Homes and Community Agency and the Royal Park Agency. Through these commissions, he has delivered a wide range of projects, 20mph City in Brighton, Stafferton Way Road link in Maidenhead, refurbished The Mall and QVM and secured the highways infrastructure for the redevelopment of East Cowes.

Phil has led on a range of land development projects from site identification/screening through to delivery, including the promotion of sites through local planning frameworks, supporting planning applications, and funding bids.

He has worked with both private and public sectors on mixed-use developments, housing developments, education schemes, health centres, leisure centres, transport plans/strategies, and transport infrastructure schemes, including railway stations, public transport interchanges, highway schemes, and car parks.

He has managed and coordinated numerous multidisciplinary projects, including Worton Grange (Reading), Wichelstowe and Junction 16 M4 (Swindon), Forbury Square (Reading), Tip Lane (Maidenhead), multiple Thames Water Sites, HCA’s Feasibility Site Release Study and Park Prewett (Basingstoke).
