Malcolm Fillingham

Malcolm is a Director of Civil and Water Engineering at PBA and a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in all aspects infrastructure design, utilities, and river engineering. He is also an experience project manager which includes secondments to Thames Water, Argent Land Developers and Environment Agency.

Malcolm leads a team of engineers and technicians experienced in all aspects of civil engineering and infrastructure design and in particularly delivery.

At the project implementation stage Malcolm is well versed in the production of specifications, tenders and conditions of contract documents, budgetary and cost analysis information for multi-disciplinary complex projects.

Malcolm's consultancy experience includes work on major infrastructure projects, including the Paradise Development in Birmingham, Battersea Power Station, Thames Tideway Tunnel, and M4 Junction 11.

Through this work Malcolm has acted as NEC Project Manager and Supervisor on many construction contracts. Malcolm is one of the lead practitioners on the NEC and other contracts within PBA.

Malcolm also acts in the capacity of ICE Supervising Civil Engineer, providing direct and personal support to graduate and apprentice engineers for their continued professional development.
