Jonathan Riggall

BSc (Hons), MSc, C Env.

Jonathan is a geographer and environmentalist with extensive experience in working across the land development and infrastructure sectors. Jonathan joined PBA in 2008 and became an equity member in 2016.

Jonathan’s speciality is working between traditional infrastructure investment and land development projects providing project management and consultancy advice on technology, development viability and carbon management. Jonathan’s broad skill base as an environmental planner has included working on international infrastructure investments in the oil & gas sector to IFC and Equator Principle standards. Projects include working on new gas pipelines associated with Sakhalin and offshore wind farms, such as Triton Knoll, through to developing new low carbon infrastructure investment models for regeneration projects such as Whitehill and Borden, Hampshire.

Jonathan's interests also lie in the development of consultancy skills for young professionals. Jonathan currently supports the development of PBA’s Young Consultants Forum and is working alongside the Royal Geographic Society in developing professional standards of geographers in industry.
