Daniel is a Director of Civil Engineering at PBA and a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in all aspects infrastructure design, utilities, drainage, and flood risk management.
Daniel leads a team of engineers and technicians experienced in all aspects of civil engineering and infrastructure design and delivery.
At the project implementation stage Daniel is well versed in the production of specifications, tenders and conditions of contract documents, budgetary and cost analysis information.
As a project manager Dan has undertaken the design and implementation of major public and private sector infrastructure, residential and commercial schemes, securing Section 278 & 38 Highway Agreements, Section 117 Stopping Up Orders, Section 104 Water Industry Act Agreements, S185 Sewer Diversions and Environment Agency Consents as part of the process.
To support schemes through the planning process he has developed and implemented numerous Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) schemes and SuDS drainage strategies for all types of development, in consultation with the Environment Agency. He has also sat on Defra steering groups considering the implementation of National Standards for SuDS, alongside Local Government Officers and Development Bodies.
